WITH it’s spectacular views and unique transparent design, it’s no surprise vendor Ross Worth’s family have spent most of their time at the penthouse entertaining around the pool.

Mr Worth and his family have used the penthouse pad as a weekender over the five years he has owned the property.

“My eldest daughter and her children lived there while their home was being renovated,” Mr Worth said.

“At the end she wanted to swap and stay there. The kids didn’t want to leave.”

The 591sq m south-facing residence showcases views of the Pacific Ocean, marina, Hinterland, Parkland and the glittering city lights.

The interior is bright, white, open-plan and welcoming and boasts a granite kitchen, wet bar, sauna, wine cellar, gym, and in-wall fish tank near the entrance.

Up on the rooftop pool terrace, there is also a sun lounging deck and built-in barbecue kitchen.
