Blooming sales continue
A TOTAL of $48 million in house and land packages have sold over three months in Coomera master planned community Bloom.
Since the project was launched in 2016, more than 80 per cent of lots have sold.
As a result of the strong demand, devleloper Pointcorp have brought forward the final sales release, which consists of 116 lots with a combination of single and double storey homes, as well as duplexes, on lots ranging from 300sq m to 941sqm.
Prices start from $419,000 for a threebedroom and two-bathroom duplex with a double garage, and $470,000 for a fourbedroom and two-bathroom home with a double garage. All homes are designed and built by developer Pointcorp.
Pointcorp director Chris Vitale said the project has proven to have broad market appeal.
For first home buyers, Kieren McClellan and Hannah Mitchell, Bloom ticked all the boxes. The pair bought a four-bedroom house on a 317sq m block.
“We had been searching for a while and were really happy with Bloom’s standard home package,” Mr McClellan said.
