Escape to modern forest sanctuary
Hidden in the heart of Mudgeeraba Forest are two modern homes on a sprawling acreage property that offer a sanctuary to envy
IT may be big but this acreage property is perfectly hidden in the heart of Mudgeeraba Forest.
The half acre block at 10-12 Pebble Creek Rd, Bonogin, features two houses and is surrounded by lush bushland.
The main residence has five bedrooms and three bathrooms plus separate games and media rooms while the second house has two bedrooms.
Marketing agent Matt Micaleff, of Ray White Robina, said owners Christopher and Deanne Gregg bought the home in 2010.
They built the second house six years ago to cater for their parents, who moved from overseas. “Now they have gone back and (the owners) need to downsize,” Mr Micaleff said.
He said it was difficult to find properties of this size, which were ideal for large families.
“It’s definitely unique and there’s nothing like it on the market at the moment,” Mr Micaleff said.
“They’ve got a fire pit at the back, a pool, a games room as well ... and then it backs onto the forest.”
It also has multiple outdoor entertainment areas that overlook the bushland, a garden shed, two double garages, two water tanks, a 3.1Kw solar system and a VacuMaid.
