IMAGINE waking up to the sound of waves washing up onto the beach.

This beachfront apartment on Albatross Ave promises a luxury lifestyle with fivestar views.

Spread over three levels with a northeast aspect, it has plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces.

On one floor, there is an open kitchen, dining and living area that flows out onto an east facing undercover balcony overlooking the ocean.

A bedroom, bathroom and second living area is at the other end of the apartment.

Upstairs, there are three extra bedrooms, the main of which has a spa ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and balcony.

But it’s the top floor that marketing agent Conner Malan, of Ray White Broadbeach/ Broadbeach Waters/Mermaid Waters, believed was the property’s best feature.

“They’ve got that full rooftop terrace,” he said.

It has an entertainment area with pool overlooking the ocean as well as a kitchenette.

The property, which is owned by Rob Mathieson, is also a stone’s throw from Mermaid Beach’s popular cafes and restaurants.

Mr Malan expected the apartment to draw a big crowd when it goes to auction next week.

“We’ve got lots of interest in it,” he said.
