MORE than a dozen new blocks are up for grabs at one of Helensvale’s most popular communities.

Developer Villawood Properties has released its latest stage at The Surrounds, which includes 15 homesites ranging from 400sq m to 653sq m.

All of them have park frontage and are priced from $384,900.

Villawood Properties state development manager Michael Williams expected the sites to be snapped up quickly as demand from professionals and families grew. “The latest stage overlooks Coombabah Creek with more than 1500 new trees and 2.7 ha of open space fronting the homesites,” Mr Williams said. “The perimeter of Coombabah Park reserve will be maintained as reserve, meaning the lush outlook can never be built out and will include walking paths and off leash dog parks.

“We have received strong levels of interest during a pre-release campaign and expect these homesites to be snapped up quickly.”

More than 450 residents have settled into properties at The Surrounds and 250 lots have sold. Mr Williams said green space and stateof-the-art facilities were at the heart of the community’s masterplan. About 30 per cent of the community will remain green, ensuring every home was less than 200m from parklands or open space.
