ANIMAL lovers looking for a bargain may find more than they bargained for at this weekend’s Animal Welfare League Rehoming sale.

There will be a garage sale and the op shop will be open, and there will also be a monster raffle, face painting, jumping castle and stalls for humans and pets.

The Storage King AWLQ Rehoming Sale is on at the Coombabah Rehoming Centre, Shelter Road today 8am-1pm.

Big Yard Sale, Southport: Keebra Park State High School is having a big yard sale with items starting at 50 cents. There will also be sausage sizzle and coffee van. On today 6amnoon.

Movies In The Park, Varsity Lakes: Free kids’ rides and entertainments as well as the movie Toy Story 3 all under the stars in the park. Activities start at 5pm, movie at 6.45pm. Also bring new toys and games to donate to a Christmas toy drive. On today at Central Park, Varsity Parade.
