Dayna says she used to feel pres­sured to over­load her plate at a work func­tion or a catch-up with friends.

“Through do­ing Weight Watch­ers, I’ve learned that it’s okay to say no to eat­ing things you don’t want to eat,” says Dayna. “Only you can de­cide what’s right for you. And don’t be afraid to bring your own options to things like work morn­ing teas, if you want to. It’s your choice.”
