Smartpoints value per serve 9 Combine O 1 cup cooked wholemeal short pasta with O ½ thinly sliced fennel bulb, O 90g can flaked tuna in springwater, drained, O ½ finely chopped eschalot, O 2 tbs chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, 1 tbs capers, 1 tbs apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil. Serve with a latte made with O ¾ cup skim milk and serve O 1 mandarin for dessert.
