Smart­points value per serve 8 Mi­crowave O 30g baby spinach leaves on High (100%) for 1½ min­utes. Sea­son. Serve on 2 x 35g slices whole­meal bread, toasted. Sprin­kle with 30g crum­bled re­duced-fat feta. Serve with cof­fee made us­ing O ⅓ cup skim milk.

LUNCH TUNA & FEN­NEL PASTA SALAD

Smart­points value per serve 9 Com­bine O 1 cup cooked whole­meal short pasta with O ½ thinly sliced fen­nel bulb, O 90g can flaked tuna in spring­wa­ter, drained, O ½ finely chopped es­chalot, O 2 tbs chopped fresh flat-leaf pars­ley, 1 tbs ca­pers, 1 tbs ap­ple cider vine­gar, 1 tsp ex­tra-vir­gin olive oil.
