1 Com­bine O 12 (500g) small trimmed chicken ten­der­loins and ¼ cup (60ml) teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Set aside for 5 min­utes. Com­bine O 400g finely chopped broc­coli flo­rets, O 1 grated car­rot, O 1 ½ cups (120g) finely shred­ded red cab­bage and ¼ cup (60ml) but­ter­milk in a bowl. 2 Bring a medium saucepan of wa­ter to the boil. Cook 180g soba noo­dles for 4 min­utes or un­til ten­der. Drain. 3 Thread chicken onto 12 small wooden skew­ers. Heat a bar­be­cue grill or flat plate over medium heat. Lightly spray with oil. Cook chicken for 2 min­utes each side or un­til golden and cooked through. SERVE WITH broc­coli slaw, noo­dles and 0 Smart­points value O lime wedges and O sliced green shal­lot. NOTE Soak skew­ers in wa­ter for 10 min­utes be­fore cook­ing to pre­vent burn­ing. #
