Slurp-worthy seafood soup

1 Heat a large non-stick saucepan over low heat and lightly spray with oil. Cook O 1 large sliced leek, white part only, O 1 large sliced fennel (fronds reserved) and O 2 crushed garlic cloves, stirring, for 10 minutes or until softened. 2 Deglaze pan with ½ cup (125ml) reduced-alcohol dry white wine. Add ½ cup (125ml) water and 400g jar Barilla Arrabbiata Sauce. 3 Stir in O 700g marinara seafood mix. Cook, covered, for 5-6 minutes or until seafood is cooked through.
