1 Heat a large non-stick saucepan over low heat and lightly spray with oil. Cook O 1 large sliced leek, white part only, O 1 large sliced fen­nel (fronds re­served) and O 2 crushed gar­lic cloves, stir­ring, for 10 min­utes or un­til softened. 2 Deglaze pan with ½ cup (125ml) re­duced-al­co­hol dry white wine. Add ½ cup (125ml) wa­ter and 400g jar Bar­illa Arrab­bi­ata Sauce. 3 Stir in O 700g mari­nara seafood mix. Cook, cov­ered, for 5-6 min­utes or un­til seafood is cooked through. Sea­son with salt and pep­per and serve in bowls topped with re­served O fen­nel fronds. SERVE WITH 0 Smart­points value O mixed salad leaves, O le­mon wedges and fat-free salad dress­ing.
