There was a problem this month – it was so hard not eating the delicious food before we photographed it. It’s aproblem every issue, but this one, acelebration of all things yummy, was even more of a temptation. It’s why Ilove the WW program –Ican eat amazing meals and still lose kilos.
Our cover star, WW Coach and Lifetime member Sarah Van Dyke, embodies the essence of the Weight Watchers Food pillar (her story starts on page 14; her recipes are on page58). She has shot to social media fame with her own weight-loss recipes, all with Smartpoints values. And so have other members and Coaches. Our March cover wonder woman Anna Van Dyken has given us her most-searched recipes, as has vegan Weight Watchers member Andrea Calleja (recipes start page 56).
We also cover how to eat out without blowing your Smartpoints budget (page 24) and how to make friends with ibre (page 42). In between all this fabulous food is an inspiring story from a WW group who revealed (almost) all for charity (page 40). Enjoy! Fiona Baker, Editor
