BANANA CHOC TOPS

3 large bananas, chopped
¼ cup (60g) 99% fat-free
6 small (15g) flat-based
vanilla ice-cream cones
40g 70% dark chocolate,
1 tbs finely chopped roasted
1 Place banana in a small airtight container and freeze until required. Using a food processor, process banana and yoghurt for 3-4 minutes or until smooth.
2 Scoop banana mixture into cones. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm (see Cook’s note).
3 Place chocolate in a microwavesafe bowl. Cook on Medium-high (75%), stirring every 20 seconds, for 1 minute or until melted. Spoon chocolate into a piping bag.
4 Pipe chocolate on top of each ice-cream. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve. #
