1 Com­bine 2 tsp sam­bal oelek and 1 tbs lime juice in a medium bowl. Add 600g peeled medium green prawns, tails in­tact, and toss lightly to com­bine.

2 Lightly spray a bar­be­cue or char­grill with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook prawns, turn­ing of­ten, for 4-5 min­utes or un­til just cooked through.

3 Mean­while, place 200g pkt beet­root slaw (see Cook’s note), ¾ cup fresh co­rian­der leaves and 100g pkt fried noo­dles in a medium bowl. Toss well to com­bine.

4 Whisk 1 tbs lime juice, 2 tsp sesame oil and 2 tsp soy sauce to­gether in a small bowl.

5 Pour dress­ing over noo­dle salad and toss to com­bine. Serve prawns with noo­dle salad and lime wedges. THIS RECIPE IS Lac­tose Free.
