Yoga I go to yoga classes at Mysan Yoga The Sanc­tu­ary in Kin­cum­ber, NSW. It’s a great, nur­tur­ing en­vi­ron­ment where classes are com­bined with breath­ing, move­ment, re­lax­ation and at­ten­tive­ness to leave you feel­ing bal­anced, happy and re­stored, both men­tally and phys­i­cally.

Beach walk or run Noth­ing makes me feel more grate­ful and re­freshed than a phone-free walk on the beach with my wife, Catie. It makes you ap­pre­ci­ate the beauty of your sur­round­ings and com­pany. If it’s just me, I’ll prob­a­bly do a soft-sand run fol­lowed by a quick dip in the water.

Surf­ing This is my main hobby… okay, it’s an obsession! Whether I’m surf­ing solo or with mates, it has a way of wash­ing away stresses by dis­tract­ing me, and puts things into per­spec­tive.
