Achiev­ing goals means plan­ning ahead. Full-time jobs, chil­dren to look af­ter, age­ing par­ents to as­sist… in to­day’s so­ci­ety, we’re all busy do­ing what needs to be done. So, just like you might plan meals for the week ahead, try sit­ting down with your di­ary for five min­utes ev­ery Sun­day to fill in two or three times in the next seven days when you can fit in some ac­tiv­ity – a few min­utes of yoga in the morn­ing, or half an hour to walk around the block af­ter din­ner. In the end, all those lit­tle mo­ments add up.
