for vision

Weight Watchers Magazine (Australia) - - Wedding Slimdown -

Visualise your ideal life and allow yourself to dream big. At the University of California, Berkeley, students are encouraged to build a vision of what they aspire to be and do, then write a one-sentence statement encapsulating it. This statement is written in the present tense, as if it has already been accomplished. For example, you could write, “I am fit and healthy and I can do anything.”
