KIRSTY MA­SON: “My new healthy habit is to make time for break­fast. To make it hap­pen, I set aside 15 to 20 min­utes each morn­ing to sit down to some­thing sub­stan­tial like toast with ricotta or cot­tage cheese and a sliced ba­nana. It’s my time to plan the day and makes break­fast my favourite (and eas­i­est!) meal.”

BELINDA BY­RON: “I make eat­ing at least five serves of ve­g­ies a day stick by bulk­ing up all my meals with fresh veg­eta­bles. I like big por­tions and used to fill my plate with carbs. Now I fill my plate with more green ve­g­ies in­stead. It’s easy to do, healthy and de­li­cious!”
