KIRSTY MASON: “My new healthy habit is to make time for breakfast. To make it happen, I set aside 15 to 20 minutes each morning to sit down to something substantial like toast with ricotta or cottage cheese and a sliced banana. It’s my time to plan the day and makes breakfast my favourite (and easiest!) meal.”
BELINDA BYRON: “I make eating at least five serves of vegies a day stick by bulking up all my meals with fresh vegetables. I like big portions and used to fill my plate with carbs. Now I fill my plate with more green vegies instead. It’s easy to do, healthy and delicious!”
