“I re­ally try to keep ac­tive, stay hy­drated and con­tinue to make ‘me-time’ dur­ing this busy time of the year, whether it’s at­tend­ing a yoga or med­i­ta­tion class or tak­ing time out to go on a walk alone. Early in the morn­ing works best for me to clear my mind and set my­self up for a pos­i­tive day.

“I want to feel my best, so I fo­cus on eat­ing nu­tri­tious food and not drink­ing too much al­co­hol. If I am feel­ing in con­trol I tend to be more pos­i­tive, and if I am more pos­i­tive I make bet­ter choices, which in turn makes me feel healthy. It is a good place to be in for my mind, body and spirit.”
