“I really try to keep active, stay hydrated and continue to make ‘me-time’ during this busy time of the year, whether it’s attending a yoga or meditation class or taking time out to go on a walk alone. Early in the morning works best for me to clear my mind and set myself up for a positive day.
“I want to feel my best, so I focus on eating nutritious food and not drinking too much alcohol. If I am feeling in control I tend to be more positive, and if I am more positive I make better choices, which in turn makes me feel healthy. It is a good place to be in for my mind, body and spirit.”
