“Over the fes­tive sea­son I al­ways make sure I con­trib­ute by tak­ing Ww-friendly dishes to Christ­mas par­ties and func­tions, keep­ing me well on track. I also make Ww-friendly food on Christ­mas Day – I search WW cook­books and pre-plan menus. No­body even re­alises it’s all healthy, in­clud­ing desserts!
