1 Mashed on toast for break­fast with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and sea salt and freshly ground black pep­per. Add 5 Smart­points value for 1 x 35g slice whole­grain bread (toasted) with 2 tbs mashed av­o­cado per serve.

2 In a green side salad with baby cos, wit­lof and wa­ter­cress and grated parme­san cheese with an ap­ple cider, grainy mus­tard and maple syrup dress­ing. Add 2 Smart­points value for for 1 tsp grated parme­san, ¼ medium av­o­cado plus ½ tsp maple syrup per serve.

3 In my one-pot black bean, vegie and brown rice bowl with yo­ghurt, co­rian­der and fresh lime. Add 7 Smart­points value for ½ cup (85g) cooked brown rice, ¼ medium av­o­cado (diced) and 1 tsp olive oil per serve.

4 In a main course salad of fresh cooked king prawns, corn, mango, fresh chives, basil and co­rian­der with a limey dress­ing. Add 1 Smart­points value for 1 tsp olive oil per serve.
