SPICED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH YO­GHURT DRIZ­ZLE

750g brussels sprouts, halved 2 tbs olive oil 1 tsp sweet pa­prika 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground co­rian­der ½ tsp dried chilli flakes ¼ tsp ground turmeric ¾ cup (180g) 99% fat-free plain yo­ghurt 1 tbs finely grated lemon rind 2 tbs lemon juice ½ cup fresh co­rian­der sprigs

1 Boil, steam or mi­crowave brussels sprouts un­til ten­der. Drain. 2 Heat oil in a large fry­ing pan over medium heat. Cook sprouts and com­bined pa­prika, cumin, ground co­rian­der, chilli and turmeric, stir­ring, for 2 min­utes or un­til fra­grant. Trans­fer to a serv­ing dish. 3 Com­bine yo­ghurt, rind and juice in a small bowl. 4 Driz­zle sprouts with yo­ghurt mix­ture and top with fresh co­rian­der.
