“I started do­ing yoga with my sis­ter once a week and found I re­ally en­joyed it. Now I do it all the time – it’s great for strength and flex­i­bil­ity and it helps with other ar­eas of my train­ing, such as run­ning and cross-train­ing. My en­ergy lev­els have in­creased so much – which is very im­por­tant when you have young chil­dren! I’m stronger and fit­ter than ever be­fore.
