THE 2014 WA Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) Musical Theatre class is set to hit the right note at an intimate evening of song at Camelot Theatre, Mosman Park.

On Friday, September 19, 20 graduates will display their musical theatre talents and money raised will help fund a trip to the east coast where they will perform in front of agents, which is the next step towards national and international productions after graduation.

“We are busy rehearsing our individual songs and a few blockbuster numbers featuring the whole ensemble,” event co-ordinator and student Max Bimbi said.

With a cabaret style theme and seated tables with service, Bimbi said the atmosphere in the theatre would be fantastic.
