Putting the joy back into building

PERTH builder Webb and Brown-Neaves is aiming to “put the joy back into building” with a new package that includes absolutely every element of a new home.

Home owners who take up the limited-time offer will move into their new home without having to worry about final details such as floor coverings, window treatments, airconditioning, lighting or landscaping. The WB+ package includes a choice between four designs – The Montgomery, The Rochdale, The Empire and The Oceanic – all priced under $650,000 and fully-completed before handover.

Each design has four bedrooms, two bathrooms plus powder room, and three separate living areas, as well as an alfresco or generous entertainer’s balcony.

Webb & Brown-Neaves general manager Simon Birkhead said the full-service concept was born out of increased demand for a quick and cost-effective building option.

Mr Birkhead said the full-service enabled home owners to take advantage of the company’s bank of reliable contractors, as well as its buying power from suppliers.

“We often hear homeowners making the choice to purchase an established home rather than building a new home to their exact requirements and wish list, purely because they are timepoor and wary of a complex process,” he said.

“Our latest offer makes the process a lot less complicated, so you can allocate your valuable time elsewhere.”
