SCARBOROUGH Part of the City of Stirling’s Summerset Arts Festival, Backyard BBQ is a fun and interactive circus show presented by Kinetica Circus Arts. Spend Australia Day in true Aussie style with a backyard barbecue by the beach like you’ve never seen before. The show is held at Sunset Veranda, an official Fringe World venue, which features a popup bar, food trucks and veranda with ocean views, open daily from 5pm.

ARMADALE Celebrate Australia Day with an evening jam-packed with festivities and fireworks, hosted by the City of Armadale. Enjoy carnival rides, live entertainment by Courtney and Chris Murphy, who will be presenting Murphy’s Lore - Back to Oz, community awards, food vendors and ending with a phenomenal fireworks display at 8.30pm. BULL CREEK Community members are invited to the City of Melville’s annual Australia Day Citizenship Ceremony and Premier’s Australia Day Awards. The Lions Club of Bull Creek will supply a barbecue breakfast and there will be plenty of fun.

There will be roving entertainment, live music, children’s activities and rides, markets and a free sausage sizzle, with fireworks lighting up the sky over Bathers Bay from 8pm. GOSNELLS Enjoy a delicious hot breakfast for sale by Rotary Club of Gosnells as well as family entertainment and activities, hosted by the City of Gosnells. There will be live entertainment, meet native animals, Faerie Cara and the Eco Faeries, inflatable orb ball, Games Vault video gaming trailer and the Australia Day and Safe City Awards. KWINANA The City of Kwinana’s Australia Day event will feature community awards, a speech by the mayor, free barbecue breakfast by Rotary Club of Kwinana, complimentary tea, coffee and juice served by Kwinana Seniors Club, face painting, free Australian themed merchandise, live music from Littlest Fox and a giant water slide. MANDURAH Start your Australia Day with a barbecue breakfast run by the Lions Club of Mandurah from 79am at Mandurah Foreshore, followed by the City of Mandurah’s annual citizenship ceremony and Premier’s Active Citizenship Awards. The event will finish with a flotilla of boats on the estuary competing for the coveted Best Dressed title, awarded by Mayor Marina Vergone. ROCKINGHAM There will be lots of fun free activities at City of Rocking-
