NOL­LA­MARA Hosted by the Lions Club of Stir­ling, the Aus­tralia Day Break­fast will in­clude rides, an an­i­mal farm, live mu­sic and cooked break­fast at an af­ford­able price, with morn­ing tea and drinks avail­able.

SCAR­BOR­OUGH Part of the City of Stir­ling’s Sum­mer­set Arts Fes­ti­val, Back­yard BBQ is a fun and in­ter­ac­tive cir­cus show pre­sented by Ki­net­ica Cir­cus Arts. Spend Aus­tralia Day in true Aussie style with a back­yard bar­be­cue by the beach like you’ve never seen be­fore. The show is held at Sun­set Ve­randa, an of­fi­cial Fringe World venue, which fea­tures a popup bar, food trucks and ve­randa with ocean views, open daily from 5pm.

TWO ROCKS Yanchep-Two Rocks Recre­ation As­so­ci­a­tion will present an Aus­tralia Day break­fast fea­tur­ing a flag-rais­ing cer­e­mony from 8am, fol­lowed by a free break­fast, pre­sen­ta­tion of com­mu­nity awards and en­ter­tain­ment all morn­ing.

AR­MADALE Cel­e­brate Aus­tralia Day with an evening jam-packed with fes­tiv­i­ties and fire­works, hosted by the City of Ar­madale. En­joy car­ni­val rides, live en­ter­tain­ment by Court­ney and Chris Murphy, who will be pre­sent­ing Murphy’s Lore - Back to Oz, com­mu­nity awards, food ven­dors and end­ing with a phe­nom­e­nal fire­works dis­play at 8.30pm. BULL CREEK Com­mu­nity mem­bers are in­vited to the City of Melville’s an­nual Aus­tralia Day Cit­i­zen­ship Cer­e­mony and Premier’s Aus­tralia Day Awards. The Lions Club of Bull Creek will sup­ply a bar­be­cue break­fast and there will be plenty of fun.

CAN­NING­TON Help wel­come new cit­i­zens into the com­mu­nity at the City of Can­ning’s Aus­tralia Day Cit­i­zen­ship Break­fast. En­joy a free break­fast and per­for­mances by the Can­ning City Brass Band, fol­lowed by the cit­i­zen­ship cer­e­mony. DE­TAILS: Can­ning­ton Leisure­plex, Sevenoaks Street, from 7.30am.

COOGEE The City of Cock­burn will host a free bar­be­cue break­fast along with free ac­tiv­i­ties, rides, en­ter­tain­ment, wa­ter­melon eat­ing com­pe­ti­tion and heat one of Cock­burn Idol.

FRE­MAN­TLE Pre­sented by the ci­ties of Fre­man­tle and Cock­burn, the free event starts with a cit­i­zen­ship cer­e­mony at 3pm, fol­lowed by a range of fun fam­ily ac­tiv­i­ties through­out the evening. There will be rov­ing en­ter­tain­ment, live mu­sic, chil­dren’s ac­tiv­i­ties and rides, mar­kets and a free sausage siz­zle, with fire­works light­ing up the sky over Bathers Bay from 8pm. GOS­NELLS En­joy a de­li­cious hot break­fast for sale by Ro­tary Club of Gos­nells as well as fam­ily en­ter­tain­ment and ac­tiv­i­ties, hosted by the City of Gos­nells. There will be live en­ter­tain­ment, meet na­tive an­i­mals, Faerie Cara and the Eco Faeries, in­flat­able orb ball, Games Vault video gaming trailer and the Aus­tralia Day and Safe City Awards. KWINANA The City of Kwinana’s Aus­tralia Day event will fea­ture com­mu­nity awards, a speech by the mayor, free bar­be­cue break­fast by Ro­tary Club of Kwinana, com­pli­men­tary tea, cof­fee and juice served by Kwinana Se­niors Club, face paint­ing, free Aus­tralian themed mer­chan­dise, live mu­sic from Lit­tlest Fox and a gi­ant wa­ter slide. DE­TAILS: Cor­ner of Gil­more Av­enue and Su­pl­hur Road, Kwinana, 9-11.30am.

MAN­DURAH Start your Aus­tralia Day with a bar­be­cue break­fast run by the Lions Club of Man­durah from 79am at Man­durah Fore­shore, fol­lowed by the City of Man­durah’s an­nual cit­i­zen­ship cer­e­mony and Premier’s Ac­tive Cit­i­zen­ship Awards. The event will fin­ish with a flotilla of boats on the es­tu­ary com­pet­ing for the cov­eted Best Dressed ti­tle, awarded by Mayor Ma­rina Ver­gone. The Mand­jar Mar­kets will be trad­ing all day along the fore­shore. DE­TAILS: Man­durah Fore­shore, 711am.
