Make-up secrets shared with women
MAKE-UP entrepreneur Bobbi Brown was in Australia for the first time when she was a special guest at the Business Chicks’ first event for the year at the Hyatt Regency Perth last week.
The 57-year-old make-up artist from New York told locals they were lucky to live in such a great place because everyone “here is so chilled”.
Brown, a married mother of two sons, revealed how she initially resisted lipstick before becoming a household name with her own brand of the make-up.
Career highlights including doing makeup for the Rolling Stones on an album cover and writing multiple books, which were either hand-written or transcribed over the phone.
The most extravagant things she’s purchased? An extended family holiday to South Africa on safari.
Business Chicks (35) founder Emma Isaacs also made it to Perth for her first event despite being pregnant with her fourth child.
