Fee-free tu­ition for star stu­dents

STU­DENTS from Hale School, Trinity Col­lege and Perth Mod­ern School were awarded Fog­a­rty Foun­da­tion Schol­ar­ships to study at UWA.

They are among a group of 11 stu­dents to re­ceive the schol­ar­ships this year.

Joshua Dunne from Hale School, who also re­ceived a School Cur­ricu­lum and Stan­dards Author­ity Gen­eral Ex­hi­bi­tion, will study a Bach­e­lor of Phi­los­o­phy.

Fel­low Hale School stu­dent Jonathan Pang is en­rolled in the Bach­e­lor of Phi­los­o­phy.

Trinity Col­lege stu­dent Bray­den Keizer will study a Bach­e­lor of Arts. Adel­hia Ebert, who at­tended Perth Mod­ern School, will study a Bach­e­lor of Phi­los­o­phy at UWA.

The UWA Fog­a­rty Foun­da­tion Schol­ar­ships pro­vide stu­dents a full schol­ar­ship for their en­tire un­der­grad­u­ate and post­grad­u­ate de­grees.

UWA Vice- Chan­cel­lor Paul John­son con­grat­u­lated them all.

“Th­ese young men and women rep­re­sent our most valu­able re­source: in­tel­lec­tual cap­i­tal,” Pro­fes­sor John­son said.

“Th­ese stu­dents are our fu­ture and we are de­lighted they have cho­sen to study at UWA."
