Novel has life lessons

Western Suburbs Weekly - - Theatre -

SUZANNE Waldron went into foster care, had a nervous breakdown at age eight and was homeless by 15.

Born in the UK, Waldron (pictured) now lives in Perth with her husband of 18 years and is a human behavioural change speaker, coach and author.

Her studies in human behaviour have assisted in writing her new book, AFlourishingMind, which will be released on February 19 and shares how she overcame adversity to achieve professional and personal success.

Waldron said the book, written in an easy-toread style with no psychobabble, drew on widely respected and used positive psychology teachings.

“It’s about reconnecting with yourself emotionally and living the life that’s right for you,” she said. Launch tickets and book orders at www.aflourish
