the ultimate aim of encouraging people to prioritise their wellness.

Previously strangers, living completely different lives, Forth a mining engineer and Gohl a health blogger, the duo came together just over a year ago to combine their passion for health.

Forth said the business was about creating high-quality coldpressed juice for busy people.

“We truly believe that it’s the small everyday decisions that grow into lifelong health and happiness,” she said.

“Juice is such a power-packed way to boost your life and flood your body with nutrients that our modern diets tend to lack.”

Using the best quality produce and cold-press equipment, the craft juices, which include Sunrise Elixir, Glowing Greens, Green Guru, Good Karma, Buddha Juice and Chai Vanilla Dream, flood the body with nutrients, Gohl said.

“We want to get as many people as possible nourished, detoxed and glowing,” she said.

Having tried the one-day cleanse – minus the Glowing Greens – I can attest that I felt invigorated, lighter and healthier.

While it might not be for some, it was definitely an eye-opener and something I’d do again.
