SU­BI­ACO lo­cal and self-em­ployed auc­tion­eer Blake Gar­vey (bet­ter known for his role as TheBach­e­lor) helped raise $3000 for the new can­cer ward at Perth Chil­dren's Hos­pi­tal at the open­ing of LJ Hooker Su­bi­aco last Fri­day night. Big ticket items in­cluded a strat­egy ses­sion with Brad Giles from Evo­lu­tion Part­ners and a lux­ury South­West hol­i­day. Fran­chise owner Sa­man­tha Payne said she was thrilled to be mov­ing onto Rokeby Road.
