The McCorkell Constructions project is expected to be finished in October this year, with carparking and final landscaping to follow building completion.

The City of Nedlands contributed $1.75 million to the project, the Department of Sports and Recreation $500,000 and CAFC $75,000.

Nedlands Mayor Max Hipkins said the redevelopment of the 1970s-era clubrooms was part of the City’s 10- year strategic community plan to renew the community’s infrastructure and assets.
