HOLLYWOOD RATES ‘SIGNIFICANT’
LOSING Hollywood Private Hospital (HPH) as a ratepayer would have made a “significant impact” on the City of Nedlands’ revenue, says Mayor Max Hipkins. The State Government announced the City of Perth Act boundary changes for the capital city last month, which confirmed HPH would stay within Nedlands. HPH and its associated medical suites pay Nedlands $630,000 in annual rates. Mr Hipkins said the City would continue to petition Premier Colin Barnett about the boundary changes.
