Rebuke of Wellington disorder
POLICE arrested men before and during a crackdown on anti-social behaviour at a Homeswest property in Wellington Street, Mosman Park about 2pm on June 6.
“A man was arrested for an outstanding warrant at the first place we visited,” Senior Sergeant Neil Morton-Smith said.
Another man was arrested for an outstanding warrant after another incident several hours before the crackdown.
Sgt Morton-Smith said an increasing number of disturbances, loud music and arguments had made the block one of the most visited by his Cottesloe officers in recent months.
Police gave residents of the block diaries so they could record even the most minor incidents for future evidence of their neighbours’ behaviour. Officers will return to the block to contact residents who were not at home during the crackdown.
