Zorzi expanding brand in Perth

Western Suburbs Weekly - - Quick News -

ADRIAN Zorzi is expanding his brand from Dunsborough to Perth and gave an intimate group an insight into what he was capable of last week.

First stop was Angela Roberts’ holiday home on Eagle Bay.

The two-level house, complete with a lift and cool room, was purpose-built for the former wife of Multiplex founder John Roberts and won 2014 Home of the Year.

A Hills Hoist was the entry statement to the next holiday home in Yallingup Hills.

Zorzi said the owner grew up in Tamworth so the home had several country influences, including the Hills Hoist, old telegraph poles for a pergola and a fire pit in the sprawling backyard.

Former Restaurant Amuse chef George Cooper catered for the lunch at Zorzi’s Dunsborough home, using ingredients he had foraged in the local area.

Cooper recently started his business Food by the Chef in Dunsborough.

A Hills Hoist.
