Chef Todd Stu­art treated his fel­low Chaine des Ro­tis­seurs mem­bers to a nine-course de­gus­ta­tion brunch at his Shen­ton Park res­tau­rant Pe­tite Mort re­cently. The menu in­cluded an espresso mar­tini on ar­rival, quail eggs bene­dict and aro­matic hick­ory with cherry shisha smoke.
