BLUE Spoon is well aware that peo­ple with di­etary is­sues, such as gluten in­tol­er­ance, also want healthy, de­li­cious meals they can pick up on the go.

“We have a huge se­lec­tion of take-away gluten free meals, such as chicken laksa, lamb shanks, beef bur­gundy and more, as well as lighter op­tions, such as lemon­grass chicken skew­ers, risotto cakes, spi­ralised zuc­chini, soups, sal­ads and desserts,” owner Jane Nes­bitt said.

“We love that at Blue Spoon ‘fast food’ doesn’t have to be un­healthy.”
