YOGA FUN FOR MUMS, BUBS
YOGA for Parents and Babies is a social morning of yoga, fitness and fun for parents with young ones.
Classes combine classical yoga, massage, creative play, and song and dance with yoga for mum and child.
They help develop body awareness, co-ordination, confidence, strength and flexibility.
The classes are for all ages and stages, and aim to create a space that supports parent and child bonding.
The course is one of many run by Perth Yoga Therapy owner, yoga therapist and parent Michelle Downie.
