Treat taste­buds at sake-tast­ing fes­ti­val

TSUNAMI in Mos­man Park will hold its inau­gu­ral Su­perSake Fes­ti­val on July 18 and 19.

Tsunami sha­cho Brett Car­boni said the event would be two days of sake­sam­pling heaven with newly im­ported sakes in­clud­ing freshly brewed start-of-the-sea­son ‘nama nama' sakes.

Fes­ti­val go­ers will be able to choose be­tween 57 types from nine dif­fer­ent shu­zos.

Ad­mis­sion is free and the pur­chase of a $10 bracelet will buy a Ja­panese sake-tast­ing cup and 10 dif­fer­ent pours of 20ml each.

Bracelets can be bought be­fore the fes­ti­val with more in­for­ma­tion avail­able af­ter 2pm on 9284 7788.

Su­perSake Fes­ti­val is com­ing to Tsunami.
