Treat tastebuds at sake-tasting festival
TSUNAMI in Mosman Park will hold its inaugural SuperSake Festival on July 18 and 19.
Tsunami shacho Brett Carboni said the event would be two days of sakesampling heaven with newly imported sakes including freshly brewed start-of-the-season ‘nama nama' sakes.
Festival goers will be able to choose between 57 types from nine different shuzos.
Admission is free and the purchase of a $10 bracelet will buy a Japanese sake-tasting cup and 10 different pours of 20ml each.
Bracelets can be bought before the festival with more information available after 2pm on 9284 7788.
