THE Dogs Refuge Home say Cosby has a lot of love to give.

Volunteer Pilot Vehdrehl said the energetic medium hair mix was “brilliant” with other dogs and people.

“He’s very sociable - he doesn’t have a mean bone in his body,” Mr Vehdrehl said.

Mr Vehdrel said the boisterous young dog would suit a home with older kids and he would need regular walks.

“Sometimes we catch her playing and she stops as if she didn’t want us to see her having fun,” Ms Powell said.

At three years and eight months, the tabby’s owner brought her to the Cat Haven in August.

Ms Powell said Kira had a healthy appetite and enjoyed a cuddle once she got to know people.
