Taste for gelato

REDSPOON gelato and froyo pro­duc­tion man­ager Isacco Mi­lan has re­cently re­turned from a three-day in­ten­sive course at the Carpi­giani Gelato Univer­sity.

Since re­turn­ing, Isacco said he had made the gelato even more au­then­tic us­ing more nat­u­ral in­gre­di­ents and mak­ing ev­ery­thing from scratch.

He’s also in­tro­duced two new flavours – co­conut with wild­berry sauce and but­ter­scotch nougat.

Isacco moved to Perth from Italy five years ago and is set to be­come an Aus­tralian citizen in Novem­ber.
