Taste for gelato
REDSPOON gelato and froyo production manager Isacco Milan has recently returned from a three-day intensive course at the Carpigiani Gelato University.
Since returning, Isacco said he had made the gelato even more authentic using more natural ingredients and making everything from scratch.
He’s also introduced two new flavours – coconut with wildberry sauce and butterscotch nougat.
Isacco moved to Perth from Italy five years ago and is set to become an Australian citizen in November.
