Chef’s $1m menu forTelethon

MEL­BOURNE chef and restau­ra­teur Teage Ezard de­vel­oped the menu for the 2015 Lexus Ball that raised a record-break­ing $1 mil­lion for Telethon this month.

Guests en­joyed vodka and cit­rus cured salmon with black quinoa salad for en­trée, North­cliffe beef ten­der­loin as a main course and fro­mage frias cheese­cake for dessert.

Sa­man­tha Jade, Nathaniel Willemse, Reigan Derry, Dar­ryl Brath­waite and Lit­tle Belle per­formed on the night.

Last week, the Western Sub­urbs Weekly in­cor­rectly re­ported the fundrais­ing fig­ure and per­form­ers on the night in the so­cial pages.

Many celebri­ties at­tended the Lexus Ball.
