Chef’s $1m menu forTelethon
MELBOURNE chef and restaurateur Teage Ezard developed the menu for the 2015 Lexus Ball that raised a record-breaking $1 million for Telethon this month.
Guests enjoyed vodka and citrus cured salmon with black quinoa salad for entrée, Northcliffe beef tenderloin as a main course and fromage frias cheesecake for dessert.
Samantha Jade, Nathaniel Willemse, Reigan Derry, Darryl Brathwaite and Little Belle performed on the night.
