PACK CAUTION IF TRAVELLING

Western Suburbs Weekly - - Western Opinion -

IT must be hoped that the recent cold-blooded terror attacks in Paris have not increased chances of a strike in Australia. Nevertheless, it certainly hasn’t downgraded our “high” terror threat alert. Last week, Curtin MHR Julie Bishop told the Western

Suburbs Weekly there were seven Australians “that we know of” who were in the vicinity of the attacks but were not a target. “They didn’t care who they were shooting,” Ms Bishop said. The Foreign Affairs Minister held her annual Christmas party early this year. Ms Bishop will be at a United Nations conference in Paris when she normally hosts the Liberal Party festive celebration. “We must be even stronger in our responses and standing up for our values, beliefs and way of life,” she said. Travelling is our way of life and we should continue to enjoy it, albeit with a little caution.
