MAN ON FRAUD CHARGES
A JOLIMONT man (33) allegedly committed at least five frauds using a credit card taken from a car at a Kincardine Crescent, Floreat home on November 23. The car had been left unlocked at the front of the house, according to Senior Sergeant Tony Booker. It will be alleged the card was used to make purchases totalling about $1300 at stores including Bunnings Morley. Gift cards were bought as well as food at corner delis in Victoria Park. All the purchases were under $100. The man handed himself in to Cottesloe police on December 2. He was charged with 16 counts of fraud, before he was remanded in custody to appear in court at a later date.
