THE Renovation Company has taken businesswoman Sasha deBretton to a new level of home improvements.

Ms deBretton launched the new company earlier this year to complement her Claremont-based Million Dollar Makeovers.

It took just five weeks to complete a $250,000 renovation to this 15-year-old Marine Terrace, Fremantle house before it went on the market.

“Because of our capabilities and speed, we were able to renovate this property and others like it in just five weeks, allowing the owners to get the property on the market quicker and minimise loss of rent,” Ms deBretton said.

“We also supplied all the furniture to stage it for sale to create warmth and ambience through the design and furnishings, which adds to the visual appeal and emotion-enhancing aspects that helps a home sell at the maximum price.”

Ms deBretton said she generally started with a kitchen and main living areas before working her way all around the house.

“As you enter the property through the main living areas, which includes the kitchen, lounge, dining and balcony, you are drawn through these rooms to the terrace leading to the sea views,” she said.

“The open space is light and bright and gives a feeling of space.”
