The beach area, public amenities and amphitheatre opened to the public in November and the Odyssea Beach Café is expected to open in late January to cater for the latte set.
The operators of Rise pizzeria and Hamptons bar are finishing their designs and expect to start their fit-out soon.
The Town of Cambridge approved the ambitious $18 million redevelopment at its December 2013 meeting.
Along with public amenities and restaurants, the development boasts three new public art installations created for the Town by artist Anne Neil.
