Western Suburbs Weekly - - Business -

GLENN and Amy Stutt have expanded their skydive business to include Rottnest Island.

The Geromino Skydive owners started taking bookings for Rottnest Island this month, offering the first skydives from an island in WA. Jumpers will land on the beach. Glenn has made 165,000 jumps and has 20 years of experience, while Amy has completed 42 jumps since taking up the adventure sport in 2007.

“It’s a spectacular location and is going to be the best place in WA to skydive because of the proximity to Perth and amazing views,” Amy said.

“It’s really exciting for anyone who wants to tick something off their bucket list.”

Geromino Skydive, which won a gold medal in the WA Tourism Awards’ Adventure Tourism category in 2014, will operate two planes from Rottnest Island.

There will be two instructors taking two tandem skydives an hour and 20 jumps a day.
