Oscar changes it for the Murrays
JOURNALIST Paul Murray has called Swanbourne home for years but only really got to know his surrounds when his wife Grace got their dog named Oscar.
Murray says working long hours as editor of TheWestAustralian, he barely knew his neighbours because he was in and out of his front gate, leaving early and returning late. Oscar changed that. “It changed everything; it changed our appreciation of the area dramatically,” the columnist said.
Murray features in the latest Face of Nedlands piece that features people who live in the City of Nedlands.
