The Perth Un­der­grad­u­ate Cho­ral So­ci­ety (PUCS) is cel­e­brat­ing the 150th an­niver­sary of the birth of Beatrix Pot­ter with a per­for­mance of Tales from the

English Wood­lands. The per­for­mance will be held on Sun­day, May 22 at 4pm at Perth Mod­ern School, 90 Roberts Road, Su­bi­aco. Tick­ets are adults $30, con­ces­sion $25, fam­ily $70, chil­dren un­der 12 $5. Book tick­ets at www.try­book­ing.com/LGBL or buy at the door.

The Perth Dis­cov­ery Singers will per­form a con­cert on May 28 at 2pm at Dalkeith Church of Christ, 70 Dalkeith Road, Ned­lands. The per­for­mance will be fol­lowed by an af­ter­noon tea in the church hall and a raf­fle. En­try fee ap­plies and tick­ets are avail­able at the door. The choir re­hearses on Tues­days from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. New mem­bers welcome.

Western Sub­urbs View Club will host a mas­ter gar­dener from Kings Park, who will speak about gar­den­ing through winter for spring splen­dour on Wed­nes­day, May 25 at 10am at Mount Clare­mont Com­mu­nity Cen­tre, Montgomery Av­enue, Mount Clare­mont. All welcome.
