CHEF and restau­ra­teur David Thomp­son brought his Long Chim con­cept to Perth be­fore his own home town of Syd­ney.

But the suc­cess of the Thai food restau­rant at the State Build­ings has led to Thomp­son tak­ing the con­cept across the Nullar­bor to Syd­ney.

Long Chim (mean­ing ‘come and taste’) Syd­ney is ex­pected to open in Au­gust.
