DON’T GIVE THIEVES ANY EXTRA IGNITION

Western Suburbs Weekly - - Street Watch -

IT is unbelievable that people still leave their keys in cars. On the recent long weekend we had three to four vehicles stolen after drivers left their keys in the ignition. Some vehicles were worth $30,000 to $40,000. A man had a Turbo XR6 ute stolen last Friday after the keys were left in the car. A worker had a Hilux ute stolen after keys were left in the ignition. His employer won't be happy. This is a concerning trend and makes it too easy for thieves. - Senior Sergeant Brett Reyne.
